
Apply to be a Vendor

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, chairs, etc.

Tents are recommended, but not required for non-food vendors.

Setup begins at 3:45, 4:45, or 5:30 p.m., depending on booth location. All vehicles must be out of the footprint by 5:30 pm.

Vendors may start selling at 5:30 pm if they are ready. All vendors must be ready to open by 6 pm.

Marketfest closes at 9:00 p.m., and vehicles will be allowed back on site when the crowd has disbursed and it is safe to reopen the streets, around 9:15 pm

Vendor Application Opens.
April 1
Priority Deadline
Deadline for returning vendors who would like to be considered for the same spot they had the year before. Spots will not be guaranteed after that date.
May 15
Application Deadline
Additional vendors will continue to be accepted as space permits. Vendor Packets will be emailed after this date.
June 1
Payment/Documents Deadline
Incomplete and/or unpaid applications may be withdrawn after this date to make room for waitlisted vendors.

Instructions: Review the price chart and select the appropriate vendor category. Click on the appropriate “Apply now” button and complete the Vendor Application. This year, we will have two application (food and non-food). The priority application deadline is April 1. Applications will be considered after that time as space permits. Vendor packets will be emailed in mid-May.
