From food trucks to original art, and nonprofits to local merchants, Marketfest hosts 200+ vendors each week. Local businesses also participate in their stores and on their sidewalks with specials and demonstrations.

Thank you for being a part of Marketfest!
We are so excited to celebrate our 35th year of Marketfest. We anticipate 3,000-5,000 visitors per night and have over 200 vendors and businesses participating.
–> MARK YOUR CALENDARS! There will be a Vendor Meeting on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 5:30 pm at EAT at 5th and Banning (enter through the atrium doors) to cover important details about being a vendor at Marketfest. Join us to learn more about set-up, tear down, parking and more!
Here are a few important reminders to help us have a successful event.

Marketfest’s hours of operation are 6:00-9:00 p.m. Please remain open for the entire evening as a courtesy to our guests.

Set up begins at 3:45, 4:45 p.m., or 5:30 p.m., depending on your booth location. Marketfest staff and the WBL Police Department will be on-site to help direct traffic. Please don’t arrive before your set-up time, as road closures are staggered.

Be patient during load-in and tear-down. Sometimes, there will be lines as we move vendors into place.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, chairs, etc. Tents are recommended but not required.

You are welcome to start selling at 5:30 p.m. if you are set up and ready to go. However, for crowd safety reasons, please do not begin selling before then.

Marketfest closes at 9:00 p.m., and cars will be allowed to come on-site for tear down as soon as it is safe to do so (typically around 9:15 p.m. after most guests have left.)

At the end of the night, please clean up your area and take your garbage with you for disposal off-site! DO NOT use the private dumpsters owned by the downtown businesses. PLACING TRASH IN BINS ON SITE WILL RESULT IN A FINE. THANK YOU!
